We can accommodate up to 6 guests. 4 guests in our 2 bedrooms and 2 guests on the sofa in the living room.

Of course, we provide one free private parking spot (no.10, size 13 sqm), right under the apartment, with wide access from the street. The parking spot is located in the private residence area in the shade.

Unfortunately no, the apartment buildings in Croatia rarely have lifts. Strollers can be parked on the ground floor, bikes can be outside on the covered parking spot.

Yes, cleaning is performed before the arrival of guests. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every guest visit. For longer stays than 7 nights, bed linen and towels can be exchanged once per 7 days.

Sun Terrace apartment is fully equipped for all your daily activities. You just need to shop for some groceries in one of the 5 grocery stores nearby :).

Registering for booking is for your own protection, you will have the solid confirmation of your booking, you will have all contact details and information, you will find your receipts here, etc. If you don’t feel comfortable registering, then just message us and we will process your reservation via email or phone.

The payment for the stay can be done via bank transfer or via credit card. 50% deposit will required after you make a booking, remaining 50% is paid before the stay.

Absolutely, The Sun Terrace is located in the city centre, and is easily accessible by car from a standard street all the way to the apartment.

The apartment is just 25 minutes drive from the Split airport. You will get here easily by taxi or Uber.

N0 :), we would have the same problem with it. We chose a perfect location for The Sun Terrace. While being very close to beaches and the promenade, it is located on the quiet street away from the evening buzz. Beaches in the vicinity are very quiet and the most beautiful in Rogoznica.

Rogoznica is a fully “equipped” coastal town which lives all year round. Except for the plenty of beautiful beaches and coves for swimming, snorkelling or fishing, there is a very long promenade full of restaurants, bars and shops. The port offers various trips and excursions to the nearby islands, Krka national park, boat rentals, bike rentals, and other activities. Rogoznica also offers numerous festivals and live music on the main plaza in the summer months. You can visit a natural phenomenon Dragon’s Eye lake, or walk to the lavender maze on the Kopara island. And then you can explore other amazing places in the vicinity – towns Primosten, Trogir, Sibenik or Split, offering beatiful historical centres and busy night life. Yes :), there are 5 grocery stores nearby (2x Studenac, Jadranka, Tommy market, Plodine) and two bakeries. All are accessible by 5 to 10 minutes walk. And if you want to have some breakfast and coffee outside, there are great coffee places within 5 minutes by walk. We have summarised all our favourite places to eat and drink in our blog.
